We've heard of almond eyes, hooded, deep set, etc. What we need to know is that the art of lashing is best installed when the eyes are complimented with the style chosen. The goal is to appreciate and compliment the clients eyes.

Whatever shape life gifted you with its a Lash Artist's job to study and enhance your natural beauty.
CURL SHAPE, THICKNESS AND LENGTHS

Close set eyes- Longer lengths on outer corners, use D curl 3/4 of the eye and end with C curl 1/4 outer corner. Using a C curl on the ends will open the eye.
Wide set eyes- Length in the middle, shorter lashes on the outside corners. Avoid a cat eye fore it will look like the client has eyes on the side of their head. D curls will look great!
Mono-lid eyes (asian)- C curl, L curl, D curl. This client's eyelashes are usually very fine. Use shorter lashes on the outside corners.
Hooded eyes- Longer lengths and softer curls. J curl, B curl.
Deep set eyes- Longer lengths, softer curls. J curl, B curl, and C curl.
Protruding eyes- Shorter lengths, dramatic curl. Do not go longer then 12mm.
Down turned eyes- Starting with the inside corner, Use C curl 3/4 of the eye and end with D curl to life the eyes up! If you go too long on the ends it will make the eyes look "sad".
Almond eyes- Considered the "perfect" shape, anything goes!
